Returns
If you receive a product that’s faulty, damaged or not what you expected, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Email us at support@farmerstoolbelt.nz with your order number and a brief description of the issue, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank.
Exchanges
Need a different part or want to swap something out?
If the item is in new condition, we’re happy to arrange an exchange (subject to stock availability).
Just email support@farmerstoolbelt.nz and we’ll sort it from there.
Faulty or Defective Items
All Farmers Toolbelt products are tried and tested on real dairy farms, but if something goes wrong, we want to know about it.
Faulty items will be replaced or refunded depending on the situation.
